Fee MLS Process Details
Getting Started:
The process is very
simple. You simply
sign up online and
download the needed MLS
forms from your control
panel. There will
be detailed instructions
in the forms to assist
you or you may call our
local office with any
questions.
Once we have received
your forms, photos and
your property
description, we will
have your home listed in
the MLS within one
business day. It's that
easy!
Once Listed:
Once listed on the St.
Louis MLS we will
contact you to review
your MLS listing. Your
listing will be
available to St. Louis
MLS agents and their
clients immediately.
Once approved you
listing will be begin to
be imported in thousands
of local and national
real estate web sites.
Each site imports at
different times so your
listing may take up to 2
days to be listed on
sites like
gundaker.com and
REALTOR.com
Yard Sign and other
Products:
If your package includes signage, or other
products, the items will
be shipped to either
your St. Louis property
address or your billing
address, whichever you
prefer.
Home Showings:
Buyers and agents
will contact you
directly to schedule
viewings of your
property. You will
specify which numbers
are to be used to
schedule a showing.
Price and Status
Changes:
Our client service
center is located in St.
Louis and is available
Monday through Friday
from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
to assist you with any
price or status changes
to your listing.
Offers and Paperwork
When an agent makes
an offer they may
present the offer to you
but they will also be
required to fax us an
offer where it will be
received by our Contract
and Closing coordinator.
The offer is typically
printed on the St. Louis
Association of REALTORS
board approved sales
contract.
Our St. Louis Contract
and Closing Coordinator
is available Monday
through Friday from
9:00am to 6:00 pm and if
an offer is presented
after hours or on
weekends the on-call
Coordinator will be
notified via email and
text message. The
coordinator will call
you to discuss the offer
and your options.
If you choose to
counteroffer the
Coordinator will assist
you with the
counteroffer and assist
with any contingencies.
Title Work and
Closing
Once the offer is
accepted you will choose
a title company to which
we will deliver a copy
of the contract.
Each title company works
slightly differently,
but most will begin
working on your closing
right away. On the
day of closing you will
meet with the closer at
your title company who
will close the
transactions.
