We will visit you at your home to answer any of your questions, go over your
comparative market anaylisis, install signs, install lockbox, give you staging advice, and
complete your MLS listing.   You listing will be active by the time we leave your home.
Step 1: In Home Consultation
-  CMA, (Comparative Market Analysis)
-  On-Site Analysis
-  MLS Listing Compilation
Step 2: At Our Office
-  Edit and Post Photos
-  Record your Audio Tour
-  Create and Post Virtual Tour
-  Begin Marketing Your home

Once our real estate consultant returns to our office, she will edit and upload the photos
of your home, record your audio tour, create and post your virtual tour, and then e-mail or
fax a copy of your MLS listing to you for your approval.   Once approved we begin to
market your home online by posting your listing automatically to hundreds of online real
estate portals.  85% of all buyers will use the Internet to search for their next home and we
make sure that they can quickly find yours.
Step 3: On the Market
-  Home Showings
There are three Options for Showing Your Home:  
1) A Buyer's Agent Can Show Your Home - If the buyer has an agent they will call you to
schedule a time to show.  You can instruct them to use the lockbox to access the home.
2) You can show your home - You can schedule and show your own home at any time.
2) We can show your home for you - If you are not are available, or if you choose, we will
show your home to buyers for you at no additional cost.
Step 4: Seller and Buyer Negotiations
-  Verify Buyer's Mortgage Pre-approval
-  Create and Present Offer to Purchase
-  Present and explain counteroffers, riders and addendums
-  Coordinate inspections and negotiate inspection resolutions
-  Verify loan commitment with lenders
-  Order title work and schedule closing with all parties
We will skillfully take your transaction safely from contract to close.  While your packing
and preparing to move, we will be working diligently to make sure your transaction closes
on time and without problems.  All you will need to do is show up to closing to sign and
pick up your check.
For $500 and 1/3 of 1% we will
