listing the property
with an agent, the
communication was fast,
easily understood, and
concise. I received a
phone call follow-up to
my initial enrollment,
and I found that I
always got a response
when I had a question or
conveyed information on
my listing. The
automated response that
my "message had been
received" was helpful,
so I knew that I would
get an answer in a
timely manner.
Especially appreciated
were the e-mail messages

regular basis. The
messages were spaced so
that I did not feel that
I was being pressured or
that I was the recipient
of junk mail. The
messages were timely and
gentle reminders of an

selling our property.

statement that his

commission---it made me
smile!
I had phone conversations with at least three members of the team
during the two months
the property was on the
market. Each of them was

and informative. A
